SCENE 1 — THE HEALING SIGNAL (M83)
INT. GLOBAL OBSERVATORIES – NIGHT
Scientists monitor a deep-space signal.
Not hostile.
Not random.
A waveform labeled:
M83 – STABLE COHERENCE STREAM
The signal reaches Earth.
Hospitals notice it first.

• Chronic pain disappears
• Trauma responses soften
• Cellular regeneration increases
  But not for everyone.
  A doctor stares at a chart—confused.
  DOCTOR
  It’s selective.

SCENE 2 — THE RULE NO ONE EXPECTED
INT. COUNCIL CHAMBER – DAY
Antoinette stands before representatives, scientists, and Chosen Ones.
Calm. Centered.
SCIENTIST
Why are some people healing… and others not?
Antoinette doesn’t hesitate.
ANTOINETTE
Because healing isn’t a right.
It’s a readiness.
Gasps.
COUNCIL MEMBER
You’re deciding who evolves?
ANTOINETTE
No.
I’m listening to who already chose to.
Silence. Heavy. Real.

SCENE 3 — WHAT M83 REALLY IS (FUTURISTIC REALISM)
INT. RESEARCH DOME – NIGHT
Keanu appears via holographic interface—older, quieter.
KEANU
M83 isn’t curing people.
It’s stabilizing coherence.
A projection shows humans at different vibrational states.
KEANU (CONT’D)
Some bodies can’t hold the frequency yet.
It would tear them apart.
This isn’t mercy.
It’s physics.

SCENE 4 — THE NEW HUMAN PHASE
MONTAGE — GLOBAL

• Healed individuals experience expanded perception
• Time awareness increases (not control—intuition)
• Aggression drops
• Empathy increases
• Lying becomes physically uncomfortable
  But—
  Others feel left behind.
  Anger grows.

SCENE 5 — THE ACCUSATION (RAW & UNFILTERED)

A man steps forward—furious.

So the future belongs to the “good ones”?
Who made you God?
Antoinette meets his eyes.
No power. No glow.
ANTOINETTE
I didn’t create the phase.
I refused to force people into it.
The crowd murmurs.
ANTOINETTE (CONT’D)
Evolution without consent
is just another cage.
That line spreads everywhere.

SCENE 6 — WILL SMITH RETURNS (GROUNDED AUTHORITY)
EXT. HEALING ZONE – DAY
Will Smith oversees peaceful transition zones.
No weapons.
Just presence.
WILL
People want healing without accountability.
Antoinette nods.
ANTOINETTE
That’s always been the problem.
They watch two siblings—
one healed, one not—still holding hands.
Hope… and tension.

They no longer track exchange—
they track contribution.
Teaching. Building. Protecting. Creating.
