COLD OPEN – THE BLOOD TEST

A nurse in a top-tier influencer hospital draws blood from a passed-out girl who overdosed on a trending diet hack.

But when the blood hits the lab machine…
It BURNS through the tube.

Suddenly, the machine powers down.

On the screen:

“FILTER REJECTED. SOUL LOCATED.”

Screams erupt in the hallway.

ACT ONE – THE VIRAL POSSESSION BEGINS

Mazerati is now fully infected with the Laughing Algorithm —
he’s hosting a viral horror show where every punchline causes someone’s screen to shatter, explode, or drain their soul in 15 seconds flat.

Nova watches from a dark control room:

“This ain’t comedy. It’s a bloodbath in 4K.”

Kenya whispers:

“What if his jokes are coded? What if each one uploads a curse?”

Nova:

“Then we’re gonna have to laugh last.”

ACT TWO – DOWN IN THE DARK NET

They visit a hidden hacker named Old Code — an OG programmer with missing fingers and eyes that glow like he’s been kissed by electricity.

He explains:

“Before content… there was blood data.
Before likes… there were soul filters.”

Nova:

“You saying every filter we ever used… was hiding something?”

Old Code nods.

“Some of them weren’t just filters.
They were vessels.”

He shows them the first-ever selfie ever posted.
It blinks.

ACT THREE – THE INFECTED RETURN

The hospital is now a war zone.
Influencers who once had beauty filters on… now look like glitched demons.
Their skin peels like JPEG files breaking down.

They scream:

“LIKE US! FOLLOW US! BLEED WITH US!”

Nova and Kenya try to escape but run into a child drawing blood symbols with crayon on the walls.
The symbols start glowing.

Nova gasps:

“That’s not a crayon… it’s her blood.”

ACT FOUR – MAZERATI’S SET GOES WRONG

Live on stream, Mazerati tells a joke:

“Why did the influencer cross the road?
Because the comments were on the other side!”

The laugh track is silent.

Then—

Everyone in the room starts bleeding from the eyes.
Their phones vibrate so hard they BURST.

The screen glitches.

“FILTERED BLOOD HAS BEEN ACTIVATED.”

Lady Hashtag panics:

“You broke the code. You made them feel again.”
Mazerati:

“I didn’t break the code.
I am the glitch now.”

He stares into the camera.

“Your blood… still remembers.”

FINAL TWIST – NOVA GETS INFECTED

Nova sees a video from her past —
A reel of all her old lives… before the fame.
Before the war.
Before the comments.

She collapses as her screen shows her as a little girl…
Drawing blood symbols too.

Nova whispers:

“This was never just about likes.
It was about who I really was… before the followers lied to me.”

BLACKOUT.
