Social Media Skits CEO Antoinette Johnson

Script: “Instagram vs TikTok vs YouTube Reels: The Breakup”

(Written for Antoinette Johnson)

Scene 1: (TikTok’s Living Room)
(TikTok, played by Antoinette, is sitting on a couch with sunglasses on, scrolling through her feed. She’s being dramatic.)

Antoinette (as TikTok):
(Sighs, tossing phone down)
“I can’t believe IG is still acting like it’s got the best filters. Like, honey, please, I made viral trends a thing. If it wasn’t for me, you’d still be stuck with selfies!”

Scene 2: (YouTube’s Office)
(YouTube, played by Antoinette, is sitting at a desk, typing away on a laptop, acting busy.)

Antoinette (as YouTube):
(Smirking)
“Well, I’m over here stacking ad revenue. I don’t need to flex with filters to get attention. Views are what matters. I got the monetization unlocked—remember when you all used to copy me? Yeah, I thought so.”

Scene 3: (Instagram’s Bathroom)
(Instagram, played by Antoinette, is at a vanity mirror applying makeup, looking smug.)

Antoinette (as Instagram):
(Smiling at herself in the mirror)
“Y’all can say what you want, but I’m the reason everyone’s obsessed with looking ‘perfect.’ My filters, my stories… I’m THE vibe. Without me, where would these influencers even be?”

Scene 4: (Final Scene – All Platforms at a Party)
(TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram all meet in a club-like scene. There’s tension in the air.)

Antoinette (as TikTok):
(Sarcastic)
“IG, you know you’re the only one who still thinks looking perfect is the goal? C’mon, babe.”

Antoinette (as YouTube):
(Snickering)
“I was making money while you were all out here making dances.”

Antoinette (as Instagram):
(Looking them both up and down)
“Whatever. Keep playing. But at least I don’t need to make a 60-second video to keep people hooked.”

(They all stare at each other, then pull out their phones for more content.)

Voiceover (Antoinette):
“Social media platforms: They can’t break up, but we sure can. The real question is—who’s the one you’re still loyal to?”

End Scene
